An incident of ethical issue in my recent company ABC Company has been discussed in this easy. Identification of an ICT-Related Ethical Issue in Workplace The ethical issues that are related to the identification of the related issues in the workplace consists of the various issues based on the components of the ethics which are the privacy, ownership, control, accuracy and the security components. The ethical issues that are observed in the case of ABC Company are the collection of the massive data with the creation of the information breaching in regarding to the security, demographics and the international geopolitical collection of the strategic analysis with the creation of decrement of the profitability (Gijbels, Raemdonck, Vervecken, Van Herck, 2012). The issue also deals with the internal and the external collection of the data in the organisation with the identification of the individual information regarding the maintenance of the unauthorised personnel. It leads to the breaching of the information that leads to the deterioration of the company with considering the depression of the status of the company. With this the rival ry companies gets profited and thereby the legal documents are seemed to be ethically breached with the creation of the contracts of the employees. Therefore the breaching of the information leads to the failure of the contract that deals with the assets belongings of the company and thereby the system and the plan of the operation of the company seem to be breached with the fraudulency acts undertaken in the organisation (McGee, 2008). These issues create huge barriers in the form of breaching of the information and thereby the control over the behaviour of the employees cannot be monitored. These creates the violation of the privacy acts followed by the company an henceforth the issues are being explained in the manner with keeping in view the acts considered. With the continuation of the acts of DET, the issues are created with the creation of the depression of the performance in the organisation of ABC Company. The organization has to face ethical dilemma or they place themselves in ethically questionable situation relating to their information and communication technologies. Improper implementation of Information and Communication Technologies put the companies in to these types of adverse situations. The company has to analysis the situation in order to cope up with the situation. The ABC Company has to investigate the issue more carefully so that can provide a suitable solution for the issue. The security of data has to be increased so that hacking cannot be possible and the hackers cannot be able to search the confidential data of the company (Manikandan Vani, 2010). The computers must be protected with user password as well as administration should have authority to protect the computer from unethical usages. The data should be protected and in this way the unethical activities can be reduced. Moreover, in this way the unethical access of the data can be restricted. The issue can be m itigated by superior security implementations, which help in securing data from the illegal access. The duel security system is this matter help considerably in order to secure the data from unauthorised access. Conclusion The developments of science and technologies have both positive and negative effect on the organization. Technologies provide considerable facilities to the business organizations especially with the recent advancement in information and communication technologies so that the efficiency of the important business activities is improved (Valentine, Hollingworth, Eidsness, 2014). However, the chances of data security hazard have been increased. In the undertaken case, it is observed that due to the improper implementation of the ICT within the ABC Company has led to the company into the adverse situations, where the confidential information about the customers of the company was leaked and the information was collected by the rivals company of the ABC company so that the company has to face severe financial losses. Essay of Narrative - How to Structure a Sample Essay of Narrative
Essay of Narrative - How to Structure a Sample Essay of NarrativeA sample essay of narrative will give you an overview of how to write a thesis or dissertation. By reading it, you will not only learn to put together an academic paper, but also give your essay a more personal edge. The first thing to remember about this kind of essay is that it is shorter than what you might consider standard. In fact, it might be just a page or two long. So make sure you get your thesis or dissertation paper to around the one hundred word mark if you want it to be considered well done. The theme is broad enough that it can go anywhere, but more specific and detailed essays will be more likely to get tossed out for being too broad. The first paragraph is not about a problem, but an opportunity. The problem is something that you may have already talked about in your field of study, such as the usefulness of your thesis, or some other topic that you feel very strongly about. Then it gives the reader a cha nce to hear your side of the story by telling them who you are, what you like to do, and how you learned what you did in that field. It does not end there. Next, it tells the reader what problems it has or challenges it has faced so far in its life. For example, if it dealt with a long term project, this is the time to talk about the problems of obtaining funding or support from the university, or from outside sources. In this case, you would include a brief outline of the problems and solutions you came up with in the project itself. It doesn't end there, either. After telling the reader about your main points, it goes on to talk about the disadvantages that may be faced by the student in writing his or her thesis or dissertation. It might be about being refused funding or being rejected for tenure, or on whether the student is disliked by their colleagues. Make sure that you leave room for the reader to read the rest of the piece, and of course, to offer feedback. That's your job as a writer. And don't forget to tell them why they should read the rest of your piece and why they should offer you feedback. In conclusion, a brief outline for your essay of narrative might be a good idea for those who are unsure about the idea of the thesis. This will give you an idea of how to structure the essay, as well as how to organize the ideas and information you have come up with.

Donne and John Donnes poetry Essay Example
Donne and John Donnes poetry Paper Religious or not, everyone at some point in time has wondered to themselves, what happens after we die? What can we do in our current life, to be safe from any dangers after we die? John Donneââ¬â¢s poetry has covered and pored over the themes of humanity, salvation and redemption, and it is made obvious that Margaret Edsonââ¬â¢s W;t is nothing without the poems. But what is important to note is how different these two texts explore these main ideas, through the different characters and contexts. Throughout the centuries, the contexts of authors have changed, along with their beliefs on the topics of salvation, redemption and humanity. Since views have changed from religious to more secular opinions on life, the ideas of salvation and redemption may vary as to how each will be obtained, but humanity has stayed much the same. Both Donne and Vivian go through the process of self-reflection and evaluation, forgetting the present misfortunes and attempt to find some form of humanity which wasnââ¬â¢t present in the past. In this lecture, these are the points I will be covering, to show the themes and values that John Donne and Margaret Edsonââ¬â¢s play W;t share. Redemption is the act of deliverance from sin and in Christian belief, it was Jesus who God sent as a messenger, and sacrificed himself in order to redeem the human race. But this doesnââ¬â¢t necessarily mean that we are saved. In order to have salvation, one must have faith in God to be saved in their immortal life. In modern times, such as the context of W;t, salvation happens more on the level of accepting humanity, and this occurs to Vivian through her relationship with Susie. One thing to notice is that Vivianââ¬â¢s past life lacked the one thing most humans crave, human connection. As Vivian tells us that ââ¬Å"I just couldnââ¬â¢t I went back the libraryâ⬠, we are made aware that she finds her intellect more important than her social life. Donne on the other hand, did have such human connections, and strong ones with his wife. Constantly reminding his wife that they are ââ¬Å"As stiff twin compasses are two;â⬠meaning their love is like the feet of a compass, Donne possesses a strong connection with his wife. An idea that both texts share which is the main focus of both individuals, is death. In Donneââ¬â¢s Holy Sonnet X, he names Death with a capital D, personifying it as his equal, and chastises its existence, making it seem powerless. By saying ââ¬Å"Thouââ¬â¢art slave to fate, chance â⬠he is implying that death is a natural and random occurrence, and doesnââ¬â¢t have any control over when a death happens. He also goes to depict how death is only a short sleep before we enter eternal life, saying ââ¬Å"Death be not proudâ⬠. In W;t, Vivian is almost too shocked to process what is going on around her when the news comes out of her doctorââ¬â¢s mouth. This may be because contextual changes have made death have a less immediate presence since there were more public executions and placing multiple bodies in the same grave, so for Donne, death wasnââ¬â¢t as much of a big deal. But for an individual in a post-modern society, the thoughts of death come as a shock, and this is what causes Vivian to reflect back on her life. ââ¬Å"I thought being extremely smart would take care of it. â⬠She finally realises that life isnââ¬â¢t all about being immensely intellectual, but to live a good life, which Donne acknowledges is the key in order to enter the kingdom of heaven; therefore there is some reflection on life, in the same manner as Edson. Although John Donne and Vivian both seek salvation, it is important to note that they have different views on how they want to go about in order to attain salvation. John Donne asks God to drown ââ¬Å"my sinsââ¬â¢ black memory. â⬠In his tears, which shows that along with the norm of the 17th Centuryââ¬â¢s society, he believed that the only way to receive salvation was to accept that he has sinned and has faith in God. In Holy Sonnet VI, he says that ââ¬Å"This is my pilgrimageââ¬â¢s last mile;â⬠and this tells readers that he sees being a Catholic as the only way to save himself, by going on a pilgrimage.

Like many books, this novel contains a unique cast of admirable characters who demonstrate a variety of likable qualities. And Just as he suspected, all the towns men came late that night to try and hurt Tom Robinson, but Tactics was there to stop him. This makes It safe to say Tactics Intelligence and gut feeling saved Tom Robinsons life, Lastly, Tactics Is a very courageous man. One example is he is a single parent raising two children, has a steady job, and keep up his household. Another example, which is the main subject in the story is that, Tactics defended Tom Robinson, a young black man accused of a sexually heinous crime; raping a white woman. During that time, if a black person was accused of something, they were automatically guilty. But Tactics believed that Tom was wanted a fair case. He didnt care about what anyone said, or how they felt about him. He knew it was his Job and duty to do the right thing, even if it had uniqueness. For that reason, Tactics is found to be very courageous for wanting to do the right thing even when the outcome may have been inevitable. In conclusion, there are many reasons why Tactics Finch is a likeable character in To Kill a Mocking Bird. Ultimately, him being humble, intelligent, and courageous makes him admirable. In particular these traits teach people important values that all mankind should exhibit and strive to live life with. Lees novel is definitely a novel whose admirable characters leave a lasting impression on all of its readers.

Functions of GCC Central Bank - Essay Example The novel set of commercial subtleties will bring significant demographic and economic changes within individual member countries. It is because of this that the merger seeks to inaugurate a fledging monetary union. The management and operational structure will have to accommodate the system of Islamic banking in its structure (Sturm Michael, 2005). The Central Bank of the Gulf Cooperation Council shares critical financial management essentials. The difference comes in the scope of autonomy, the depth of economic power of the member states and the unique geopolitical facts of the Gulf region. The comparison is made against the already established European Central Bank. Some of the objectives include the elimination of foreign exchange risks, expanding the nature of global financial bargaining power, stabilizing the currencies of the member unions and generally assuring the economic power of the nations involved. Challenges are bound to arise, including the fluctuation of the international oil prices that is the economic backbone of most Gulf States. There also are many wars and instability in the region and religious in-fighting even within Islam, the single dominant religion in the region. The Gulf Cooperation Council embraces the nations within the Arab Persian Gulf, leaving out Iraq. The member states include Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The suggestion to establish the confederation was inspired by Saudi Arabia. The Impact of Leader Behaviors on Group Functioning Essay
The Impact of Leader Behaviors on Group Functioning - Essay Example When a leader is chosen or appointed, the focus shifts from himself to the others making him much more focused on the external and results than the self or trying to seek comfort (Quinn, 2005). This is what makes the leader much more democratic than autocratic. When an individual becomes emotional while in the leadership position, they tend to shift their focus from others and bring it back to their own affairs. They try to seek the solution that will bring them much more comfort and hence the thought pattern is internal which comprise the characteristics of an autocratic leader. When the leader starts turning attention to him and making the solutions and decisions that bring him comfort in lieu of results, then the group members start suffering from lack of independence and participation. They lack inclusivity in decision making and this may weaken the ties of the group rather than make them
